Our Factory
Our factory have unique insights in sheet metal deep drawing, blanking, bending, forming and other complicated mold manufacturing fields, can provide quality solutions. We actively promotes the application of CAD/CAE/CAM digital technology in the process of mold making, with 2D and 3D numerical laser cutting machine, Wire Electrical Discharge Machining, CNC Machining, numerical control lathe, CNC hydraulic forming machine, ordinary lathe machine, milling machine, grinding machine, punching machine etc. We always adhere to do better in every detail of mold manufacturing. Our Service
We have a highly technical team of engineers, according to meet all of customers design request. We use a variety of applications including the foremost 3D die and stamping software ，work closely with our customers to provide insight into cost reduction areas in all phases of the die build,we can provide a theoretical strip layout. This layout provides an early look at how the part will progress through the tool. Therefore our team can use the layout to provide insight into cost reduction areas. This can include material usage improvements and part geometry changes to minimize tooling complexity. We are able to create a 3D rendering of the design and conduct analysis of the design through design simulation. Consequently allowing us to verify the function of the tool and all its components which can improve accuracy and shorten lead times.We will provide mold maintenance measures and parts replacement services after you got and use the mold.
